A colorful, tasty stir-fry, using Peppers and Spinach. The recipe comes from Fresh Express. Ingredients:
1 (9 ounce) bag fresh spinach |
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 pinch salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a deep sauté pan. 2. Add chopped peppers and sesame seeds and stir 5 times. 3. Add spinach, a handful at a time. 4. Stir until hot. 5. Toss in sesame oil, add salt and pepper to taste and serve. |
