I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Denise Austin's Morning Stretch. The recipe says to prepare these in 2 tall clear glasses (champagne flutes are perfect!). Ingredients:
1 cup fresh raspberry |
1 cup fresh blueberries |
8 ounces frozen fat free non-dairy topping or 8 ounces sugar-free fat-free frozen whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Layer each glass with 1/4 cup raspberries, 1 tablespoon of nondairy whipped topping, 1/4 cup blueberries, and another tablespoon of whipped topping. 2. Repeat the layers a second time and top with a raspberry and blueberry for garnish. 3. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. |
