A girl from work shared this recipe for good and simple fudge. From Eagle Brand. Ingredients:
18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 cups) or 18 ounces milk chocolate chips (3 cups) |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 dash salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/2-1 cup nuts, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips. 2. Mix chocolate chips with condensed milk, salt, and vanilla. 3. Add nuts if using. 4. Line a pan with wax paper. 5. Pour mixture into prepared pan. 6. Refrigerate until set. 7. Take out of refrigerator. 8. Flip pan and remove wax paper. 9. Cut and serve! |
