This dish can be served as a dessert as well as a salad. It's always a hit. Lots of people asked for the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 16-ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 cups miniature marshmallow
1/2 cup chopped nuts (preferably pecans)
1 8-ounce container whipped topping
red food coloring if desired
Directions:
1. Mix well Sweetened Condensed Milk and Lemon Juice ina bowl. 2. Add all ingredients except whipped topping in a bowl. 3. Fold in whipped topping. 4. Pour in a 9-by-13-inch container and freeze until firm for 4 hours or overnight. 5. Remove from freezer about five minutes before serving. 6. Cut into squares.
