Cook time includes freezer time. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 (8 ounce) carton cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. 2. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, marshmallows, pecans, and Cool Whip. 3. Spoon into a 13x9 inch baking dish. 4. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. 5. Cut into squares. |
