Great w/ crackers, chips and veggies. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (reduced fat is ok) |
1 cup low-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup finely chopped minced onion |
1/2-3/4 teaspoon fennel seed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
3/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Beat together cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. 3. Chill for a few hours before serving. |
