Ingredients:
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons non fat powdered milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond essence (to taste)
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 300 F.
2. Place all ingredients in blender.
3. Blend till creamy.
4. Lightly spray 6 ramekins and pour in mixture.
5. Place ramekins in a water bath.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
7. Chill overnight before serving.
