This Spicemix is used on just about anything. Feinkost means fine food. Gewürz means Spice, but think of this as seasoned salt. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons black pepper (ground to your liking) or 3 tablespoons white pepper (ground to your liking) |
1 cup kosher salt |
1 tablespoon celery salt |
2 teaspoons ginger |
2 teaspoons nutmeg |
1 tablespoon sweet paprika |
1 tablespoon hot paprika |
Directions:
1. Mix well and store cool in airtight jars.
2. For those who do not like it hot, they can use 2 Tbsp sweet paprika!
