Found in a magazine, we love feijoas and I've never done anything other than cut them in half and eat with a spoon. Now I have some new recipes to try. Ingredients:
2 feijoas |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream (you can also use yoghurt) |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Cut feijoas in half and scoop out the flesh, put in to blender. 2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until frothy. |
