Versatile salsa, can be served with steak, fish, chicken or even potato wedges. Also great in rolls with cheese. Another magazine find Ingredients:
3 feijoas, peeled and finely chopped |
1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together. 2. Place in small bowl and let flavours mingle for an hour before serving. |
