Just the thing to get you feeling great in the morning. 3 servings of fruit and veg and protein too. Thanks. Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves |
2/3 cup blueberries |
1 small banana |
2 eggs (raw, fresh from a local hen!) |
1 cup almond-coconut milk (blue diamond makes this) |
Directions:
1. Mix all in a blender until smooth. I prefer to use frozen blueberries,,but whatever you have is just fine. |
