1 slice low-fat provolone cheese |
1 slice deli turkey |
mustard |
low-fat mayonnaise |
alfalfa sprout |
1 slice red onion |
1 lettuce leaf |
1 slice tomato |
1 slice avocado |
your favorite dressing (i like beano's original submarine dressing) |
