Tossed salad (add chopped hot banana peppers, if desired). Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups spinach, chopped |
1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped |
1/2 cup red cabbage, chopped |
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced |
1/4 cup shredded carrots |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with fat free dressing. |
