Ingredients:
1 1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
3/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 cup(s) canned pumpkin |
1/4 cup(s) canola oil |
1/2 cup(s) chocholate chips, semisweet |
3/4 cup(s) dark brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin pan or kuse paper liners. Mix sugar, oil, eggs. Add pumpkin & water. In SEPARATE bowl mix together the baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, & salt. Add wet mixture & stir in chocolate chips. Bake 20 minutes. |
