My girls love a hot breakfast before school. I make a bunch of these up and put in zip locks and write wet ingredients on side and then just grab one to make in morning. Did I mention I am cheap?! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour |
3 tsp baking powder |
1 t sugar |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 beaten egg |
1 cup milk |
2 t oil |
Directions:
1. Warm up your griddle. 2. Mix together dry ingredients. 3. Combine wet ingredients in small bowl then mix into dry. 4. Stir until moistened (will be a bit lumpy) 5. I use a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop these. 6. They are awesome after in the fridge and warmed up for 30 seconds |
