Favorite Hot Baked Corn With Peppers |

This side dish adds some spice and kick to an ordinary meal. It's easy and delicious! Ingredients:
1 can cream style corn |
1 can whole kernel corn, drained |
1/2 cup oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
2/3 cup corn meal |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 or 2 hot peppers, chopped |
paprika |
Directions:
1. In bowl, mix corn meal, oil, salt, garlic powder 2. Add eggs, milk and peppers 3. Pour into a greased casserole dish 4. Sprinkle top with paprika 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes 6. May be doubled |
