My family's all time favorite breakfast smoothie. Actually, it's good for any time of the day. My husband has major food texture issues and the oats did not bother him at all! Ingredients:
1 cup soymilk |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
6 slices canned peaches, rinsed |
14 frozen strawberries |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar |
Directions:
1. Put oats into blender first and grind down into a fine flour. Add remaining ingredients, blend, and enjoy! 2. You can also sub the peaches for 1 banana, broken into chunks. |
