1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus |
6 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Clean asparagus; put in saucepan with 1 cup water. 2. Simmer 8 minutes. 3. Lay in buttered baking dish. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 5. Bake at 200 degrees 7 minutes. |
