Fauxtatoes - They'll Never Know!

In order to decrease the carb count, I have been hiding cauliflower in my mashed potatoes. Over time I've steadilly decreased the potato content and increased the cauliflower and no one has said anything yet.
Ingredients:
2 lbs cauliflower
2 potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes until potato slides off fork when pierced.
2. Cook cauliflower until soft.
3. Use an electric mixer or hand masher and mash all ingrediants.
