Yummy salad with persimmons brings you back to summertime in minutes.The herbs and dressing really let each ingredient shine in this recipe. Complete freshness! Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh basil |
1-2 persimmons ripe |
2-3 campari tomatoes |
1 handful of grapes sliced in half (prefer red grapes) |
goat cheese- to your tasting |
1 garlic toe minced |
pepper ground fresh |
sea salt |
good quality olive oil and basalmic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Dice fruits small and tear basil leaves 2. Add oil and vinegar 3. Salt and pepper to taste 4. Roll goat cheese into balls 5. Add to salad and gently toss. 6. This can also be served atop of a crusty white bread that has been toasted with butter or olive oil and rubbed with garlic. |
