Ingredients:

4/5 slice of bread, reduced-calorie, wheat
2 slices of tomato
1 slice of onion
1 dash oregano
1 dash basil
3 small olives
1/3 slice of mozzarella cheese
2/3 tsp of grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Toast the bread slice.
2. Preheat broiler.
3. Place sliced onion and tomato on the toasted wheat bread and sprinkle seasonings on top.
4. Cut the olives in little pieces.
5. Put the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on, the olives and (optional) one sprit of olive oil spray.
6. Broil until the cheeses are melted and the edges of the bread are crusty (approximately 2-3 minutes).
