Similar to mascarpone cheese. Can be used like mascarpone. In many areas, mascarpone is hard to find or unavailable. Hope this will be helpful.

Ingredients:

1-8 ounce package cream cheese

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

2 1/2 tablespoons sour cream

note: cream cheese and sour cream must not be low fat

Directions:

1. Beat with mixer until creamy
2. When creamy, it is ready to be used
