1 cup(s) cucumber |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh mint |
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley |
1/2 cup(s) green pepper |
1/2 cup(s) red pepper |

Directions:
1. dice vegatables and halve tomatoes, chop herbs, rinse and drain chickpeas. Combine. Dress with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Season. Toast pita and break into small pieces; toss into salad and serve |
