A good stew for a cold day! Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut up |

4 cans of corn |
3 lbs of potatoes diced |
2 onions diced |
64 oz of ketchup |
Directions:
1. Boil your chicken until meat falling off bone 2. Bake your country style ribs till falls off bone 3. Debone your chicken and pork 4. Use the stock from the chicken place your meat in the stock. 5. Place potatoes and onions in with meat-let simmer until your potatoes are fork tender. 6. Pour in your corn with liquid if so desired (depends on thick you want your stew) 7. Let cook all together 8. Put in Ketchup-this is of course to your taste, but my father in law usually used about 64 ounces! 9. Simmer to all is heated through!! Buttered rolls is excellent with this! |
