Got this recipe from the newspaper but have never tried it. Recommends serving with toasted slices of a baguette. Ingredients:
1 lb feta cheese, crumbled |
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
1/3 cup sour cream |
6 -10 garlic cloves, crushed |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all together until smooth (may blend in food processor). 2. Chill at least four hours. |
