Fat Loss Plate Meatloaf

Italian Style Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion finely mincemeat
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 cup quaker old fashioned oats
1/4 teaspoon salt or 1/4 teaspoon salt substitute
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. If the mixture is not incorporating well you may have to add a teaspoon or two of water. Shape into a loaf on a baking tray that has been sprayed with cooking oil or divide into six cupcake tins sprayed with cooking oil. Bake between 45 minutes to an hour depending on your oven.
2. **Be sure to grind oatmeal until it is fine**.
