Fat Free Whole Wheat Vegan Pancakes Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
4 tablespoons splenda granular (or sugar) |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
2 2/3 non-fat soymilk |
3 teaspoons egg substitute, mixed with 4 tbls. water |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. Combine wet ingredients. 3. Mix them together gently. 4. Cook over medium heat. 5. Makes 5 large pancakes. |
