Easy, low cal, low fat whole wheat lasagna. Ingredients:
1 pint fat free cottage cheese |
1 pint fat free ricotta cheese |
2 cups fat free mozzarella cheese |
8 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles |
30 oz crushed tomatoes (classico spaghetti sauce - same cal content) |
2 cups frozen chopped spinach |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles and rinse in cold water. 2. Mix all the cheeses together. 3. Layer the noodles, sauce, spanich and cheese. 4. Put remaining cheese on top. 5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. |
