my grandma makes this for me and it is wonderful. Ingredients:
1 cup semolina |
1 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups pumpkin (fresh grated) |
1 dash cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. mix the dry ingredients together and alternate layers with the pumpkin in a greased pie dish - begin and end with a dry mixture layer. 2. bake until crust is golden brown at 200 C. |
