a nice flavored chicken breast with parmesan cheese. Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/2 cup grated fat-free parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Place chicken and water in slow cooker. 2. Cover, and cook on high for 2 hours. 3. Mix remaining ingredients, and spread over chicken. 4. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/4 hours. |
