Fat Free all you can eat cookies, Halfmysize. Great Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup golden raisin |
Directions:
1. Combine the flour, oats, sugar and baking soda; stir to mix well. 2. Add applesauce, honey, vanilla extract, and raisins, stirring well to mix. (if dough seems crumbly, keep stirring until it holds together.). 3. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 4. Drop rounded teaspoonful of dough onto sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. 5. Slightly flatten each cookie with tip of spoon. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9 mins, or until golden brown. 7. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute. 8. Transfer cookies to wire racks and cool completely. |
