A fat free adaptation from the book becoming Vegan by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina Ingredients:
3/4 cup water |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup tamari soy sauce |
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 raw garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2. Store in a jar in the fridge. |
