I find this to be the perfect recipe for egg substitute. The texture and flavor are just right. Ingredients:
3 egg whites |
2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder |
1 teaspoon water |
2 -3 drops yellow food coloring, optional |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Use as a substitute for eggs. |
