When you have to have those gingersnaps and aren't supposed to, this is a great alternative
Ingredients:
3/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon clove
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
Directions:
1. Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray.
2. Bake at 375* for 10 minutes.
