From the hungry girl newsletter. This is really delicious. Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) package diet hot cocoa mix (25 calorie) |
3 ounces hot water |
2 ounces of 8th continent light vanilla soymilk |
1/2 ounce torani sugar-free white chocolate syrup or 1/2 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup |
2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon hershey's light chocolate syrup |
ice |
fat free reddi-wip topping |
Directions:
1. Dissolve hot cocoa, chocolate syrup and Splenda in hot water. 2. Add light soy milk, and Torani syrup. 3. Pour into blender. 4. Add a cup of ice cubes (5-7). 5. Blend on the highest speed for about 45 seconds. 6. Pour into a tall mug. 7. Top with a squirt of Fat Free Reddi Whip! |
