This dip is so quick & easy to make. Serve with a platter of raw veggies and you have a tasty treat that is very kind to your waistline. Use this as a dressing on salads too Ingredients:
8 ounces plain nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup mango chutney (or bergie's colonel grey's chutney) |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together& serve. 2. MIx this dip just before serving. |
