Easy to make. Moist, fat free, delicious bread, full of cranberries, and orange . Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 tbs. baking powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
3/4 cup milk |
1 egg |
3 tbs. pureed peaches |
jest from 1 orange |
1 cup rehydrated craisins |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in center. 2. Combine milk, egg, and puree. Pour into center of dry ingredients. 3. Don't over mix. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
