The only way I like it. Ingredients:
1 lb red beet, boiled |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 ounces horseradish, fresh |
1/2 cup water |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Grate beets and horseradish. 2. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Pour over grated beets and horseradish. 5. Mix thoroughly. 6. Store in jar in refrigerator. |
