1 1/4 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup butter, cubed & chilled |
1/8 cup ice water |
Directions:
1. BLEND FLOUR,SALT AND SUGAR IN A FOOD PROCESSOR. 2. ADD BUTTER AND PROCESS 10 SECONDS. 3. ADD WATER AND PROCESS 10 SECONDS. 4. FORM DOUGH IN A DISC WRAP IN CELLOPHANE AND CHILL 30 MINUTES. |
