This is a quick and easy stir-fry that I came up with. It is very good!! Ingredients:
1 cup cooked white rice |
1 tbs. vegetable oil |
1/4 cup chopped onions |
2 tbs. soy sauce |
1/4 cup finely diced carrots |
1/4 cup diced green peppers |
Directions:
1. 1. Add vegetable oil and onions into a wok or skillet. Cook until the onions are tender not brown. 2. 2. Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. 3. 3. Add carrots and green peppers and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Give it a stir. 4. 4. Then enjoy! |
