These little treats can be made up in a flash...great with a cup of coffee Ingredients:
8 small pre-baked tart shells |
8t mascarpone cheese |
2t icing sugar |
8 amaretti biscuits |
2-3 shots of strong coffee |
4t finely shaved dark chocolate |
Directions:
1. Put the mascarpone in a medium bowl, sift the icing sugar over top and stir to combine.
2. Crumble the amaretti buscuits into a small bowl and drizzle the coffee over top, leave to stand a few minutes then add to the mascarpone mixture with the shaved chocolate.Stir until just combined to make a marbled cream.
3. Spoon into tart shells. Dust with cocoa.
