Easy and fast way to make pan fried spuds. Ingredients:
1 potato |
2 teaspoons oil |
1/2 tablespoon butter |
garlic powder (optional) |
dried parsley (optional) |
dried basil (optional) |
dried oregano (optional) |
Directions:
1. Wash and cube potato. 2. Place in microwave and microwave for 4 minutes. 3. Heat oil and butter over medium high heat. 4. Add potatoes and fry until crispy. 5. Add optional seasonings. 6. Stir to combine. 7. Enjoy! |
