This is from a Chatelaine recipe book. Ingredients:
14 ounces spaghetti sauce |
4 chicken breasts, bone in |
1 red pepper, sliced |
1 green pepper, diced |
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Pour spaghetti sauce into a large fryingpan. 2. Place chicken bone side up in pan. Cover and bring to a gentle boil. 3. Add peppers, and seasonings. 4. Cover, simmer, until chicken is springy to touch about 35-45min. 5. Serve with pasta. |
