this is a delicious cake i got from a friend at the camp resort we camp at. wonderful and very fast going when it hits the table...yummy.. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups cooking oil |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 cup nuts, any kind |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups mashed bananas |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Make a well in the center.
3. Add eggs, pineapple, nuts, oil, vanilla and bananas. Stir, do not beat.
4. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
