This is just a real simple and easy do ahead dessert. It looks best served in a wine glass. A wafer on the side is a nice touch as well. Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix |
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches |
1 cup sour cream |
garnish with either granola cereal or nuts or crunchie cereal (etc.) |
Directions:
1. Combine pudding mix and peaches with syrup in a bowl.
2. Blend in sour cream.
3. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with garnish.
4. Chill until served.
