Fast Chinese Pepper Steak |

We usually have this over rice, but it's good with noodles too. Ingredients:
1 lb round steak, cut in thin slices |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 medium green pepper, sliced |
1 envelope au jus mix |
3/4 cup water |
4 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Cook meat, onion, and pepper in oil until meat is browned. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Cook and stir for 4 minutes. |
