These are fast and easy breakfast bars. High in fiber. Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats |
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts |
1/2 cup almonds |
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1 cup dried cranberries |
1 cup dried coconut |
1/2 cup flax seed |
14 ounces condensed milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 250. Heat condensed milk on the stove. Mix all ingredients together. Once milk is warm add to the dry ingredients. Press into a 9X13 pan and bake for 1 hour. |
