Fast and Healthy - Orange Corn Bread

From Simple and Delicious Jan 2009 magazine. Posting for safe keeping - I've not made this yet. The description says it has a mild orange flavor.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. In a small bowl, combine the milk, egg, orange juice and oil.
3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until combined (batter will be thin).
4. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
5. Bake at 400F for 18-22 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
