This is a delicious sweet and tangy salmon dish that we eat accompanied by rice and fresh greens on the side. It is very easy to make and is a quick tasty fix for dinner on a day where you don't want to do lots of cooking. It is simple to adjust the serving size; just add more fish. Perfect for people with kids- they love it! Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets |
3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce (or soy sauce) |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper (cubeb) |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F. 2. Drizzle small amount of olive oil in baking dish. 3. Place salmon fillets in the glass baking dish. 4. Drizzle olive oil over fillets. 5. Stir liquid ingredients, sugar, and spices together in a liquid measuring cup. 6. Pour sauce over fish distributing it evenly as thick as you would like. 7. Cover dish with foil and bake for 8 minutes or until fish flakes nicely. 8. Eat with rice and veggies on the side. 9. Enjoy! |
