4 tablespoons butter |
3 cups manioc flour |
salt |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. 2. Add manioc meal and cook over low heat stirring constantly until golden. 3. Sprinkle with salt, to taste. 4. Serve in a small ceramic bowl. |
